哈维·菲利普·斯佩克特（1939 年 12 月 26 日 - 2021 年 1 月 16 日）是美国唱片制作人和词曲作者。作为“声音之墙”制作技术的鼻祖，斯佩克特是 1960 年代女子组合声音的先驱，仅在 1960 年至 1965 年间就制作了超过 25 首前 40 名热门歌曲。在取得初步成功之后，斯佩克特后来与艾克和蒂娜·特纳、约翰·列侬、乔治·哈里森和雷蒙斯等艺术家合作，并获得了类似的赞誉。
