约翰·艾伦·拉塞特（John Alan Lasseter）是美国电影导演、制片人、编剧、动画师、配音演员，也是Skydance Animation的动画主管。他曾担任皮克斯动画工作室、华特迪士尼动画工作室和迪士尼卡通工作室的首席创意官，以及华特迪士尼幻想工程的首席创意顾问。 拉塞特的第一份工作是在华特迪士尼公司，在那里他成为了一名动画师。后来，他加入了卢卡斯影业，在那里他从事了当时开创性的CGI动画制作。1986年卢卡斯影业成为皮克斯后，拉塞特作为执行制片人监督了皮克斯的所有电影和相关项目，并执导了《玩具总动员》、《虫虫总动员》、《玩具总动员2》、《汽车总动员》、《玩具总动员2》和《汽车总动员3》。 他曾两次获得奥斯卡动画短片奖（《铁皮玩具》）和一项特别成就奖（《玩具总动员》）。
