迈克尔·J·福克斯（Michael J. Fox），加拿大-美国演员、作家，曾五次获得艾美奖和四次获得金球奖，代表作为电影《回到未来》三部曲和电视剧《家族的诞生》、《旋转城市》。迈克尔于1991年被确诊患上帕金森综合症，并在98年公开病情，此后逐渐退出演艺圈。但此后他一直保持积极抗争病魔的态度，并创立迈克尔·J·福克斯基金会，旨在促进对帕金森综合症病理及治愈方法的研究。
