伊丽莎白·泰勒（Elizabeth Taylor，1932年2月27日—2011年3月23日），出生于英国伦敦，美国女演员。 1942年，年仅9岁的伊丽莎白主演了个人的第一部电影《每分钟出生一个孩子》。1943年，与米高梅电影公司签约。1944年，12岁的她主演了家庭电影《玉女神驹》。1951年，主演爱情电影《郎心如铁》。1957年，主演爱情电影《雨树县》，她凭借该片提名第30届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女主角 。1958年，主演剧情电影《热铁皮屋顶上的猫》 ，她凭借该片提名第31届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女主角 。1960年，凭借恐怖电影《夏日痴魂》提名第32届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女主角 。1967年，凭借剧情电影《灵欲春宵》获得第20届英国电影学院奖最佳英国女演员 、第39届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女主角。 1972年，主演剧情电影《爱情你我他》，她凭借该片获得第16届意大利大卫奖最佳外国女演员。1980年，由其出演的悬疑惊悚电影《破镜谋杀案》上映。1985年，获得第42届美国电影电视金球奖终身成就奖—塞西尔·B·戴米尔奖。1993年，获得第65届奥斯卡金像奖吉恩.赫肖尔特人道主义奖 。1999年，获得第52届英国电影学院奖终身成就奖。2002年，获得约翰·F·肯尼迪中心荣誉奖。2003年，伊丽莎白·泰勒正式宣布退出影坛 。2005年，获得第14届英国电影与电视艺术学院大不列颠奖。 2011年3月23日凌晨1时28分，伊丽莎白·泰勒因充血性心力衰竭去世，享年79岁。
