Carlos Stöver is a German screenwriter based in Hamburg, Germany and Los Angeles, California. In his youth he started his career as a part of the web-video production company Theory Arts. After he finished an one-year web-school in screenwriting, he started to write movies in feature length in the genres of drama and thriller. Stöver participates also in no budget and low budget productions to learn continuously about filmmaking and the industry to build up his career.
