罗伯特·泽米吉斯（Robert Zemeckis），1952年5月14日出生于美国芝加哥，毕业于北伊科诺斯州大学和南加州大学，美国电影导演、编剧、制片人。 1978年，执导音乐家庭片《一亲芳泽》，从而正式踏入演艺圈 。1980年，拍摄喜剧片《尔虞我诈》。1985年，执导科幻片《回到未来》，该片获得第58届奥斯卡金像奖最佳原创剧本奖。1990年，凭借喜剧动画片《谁陷害了兔子罗杰》获得了第16届土星奖最佳导演奖。1995年，凭借爱情励志片《阿甘正传》获得了第67届奥斯卡奖最佳导演奖。 2000年，执导冒险片《荒岛余生》。2004年，罗伯特·泽米吉斯第一次将CG动画真人捕捉技术用于动作片《极地特快》，该片作为第一部全部用数字捕捉技术的电影，被载入了《吉尼斯世界纪录》。2006年，监制悬疑动画片《怪兽屋》。2009年，拍摄魔幻喜剧片《圣诞颂歌》。2011年，担任家庭动画片《火星救母记》的制作人。2015年，执导3D传记剧情片《云中行走》，该片是第53届纽约电影节的开幕影片。
