冲浦启之

监督、人物设定、作画监督。出生于1966年。以动画师身份在ANIME R公司中初露头角，后来成为自由职业者。在《苍之流星SPT雷兹纳》、《AKIRA》、《BLACK MAGIC M—66》、《赤色光弹Zillion》等作品中表现出他在机械和动作作画方面的出众才华。在参与剧场动画的原画制作之后，便与Production I.G以及押井守监督的作品保持了密切关系，陆续担任了《机动警察2the Movie》的原画制作，《攻壳机动队》的人物设定、作画监督等重要职务。而在其负责监督的作品《人狼JIN—ROH》中，对于画面的写实描绘、人物心理的细腻拿捏、剧场的出色布局等老道的手法，令人想象不道这是他初次监督的作品。
